We specialise in flexible 1:1 training, with no minimum participant numbers. Sessions can be delivered at your home or workplace, making training more accessible for people with busy schedules or anyone who may feel uncomfortable learning in a large group.

At Emergency Ready Academy, we believe quality training should fit around you — not the other way around.
We provide flexible training throughout Greater Sydney and surrounding regions, with sessions available for individuals, workplaces, community groups and organisations.
Prefer to learn in your own environment? Our 1:1 training can come to you, including training at your home where suitable. It’s a great option if you have a busy schedule, prefer a private and personalised learning experience, or simply feel more comfortable learning in familiar surroundings.
For workplaces and groups, we can deliver training at your workplace or an appropriate location, making it easier to train your team without unnecessary travel or disruption.
And if you're outside our usual service area, talk to us. We service locations across NSW and can discuss travel and accommodation requirements for training further afield.
