Introduction to Sport Taping is a practical, hands-on course designed to introduce participants to the basic principles and techniques of sports taping.

Participants will learn about the purpose and safe application of sports tape before being guided through practical taping techniques for the ankle, fingers and thumb. The course provides participants with the opportunity to practise these techniques under the guidance of an experienced trainer.

This course is ideal for players, parents, coaches, first aiders and others involved in supporting athletes who would like to develop a basic understanding of sports taping and its practical application.
